Trip Information

GirlTime Getaway weekends are from Saturday morning to Sunday evenings.

Prices are $185 per person (based on quad and triple occupancy) and $200 per person (based on double occupancy). Deposits are due three months prior to departure and will guarantee you a seat on the designated weekend of your choice.

If there is a date that you are interested in and it is less than three months prior and we still have availability, please give us a call, as we will be happy to save a spot for you!

GirlTime Getaways include; luxury motorcoach, hotel accomodations, lunches, snacks and beverages. Along with admission for group activities, tours and entertainment. You will only be responsible for your dinner in the evening and spending money.

We are asked all the time if we would take a GirlTime Getaway bus out of different locations across the state of Minnesota and beyond and the answer is YES!

If you would like to book your own bus and fill it with your friends and family we are happy to accomodate.

Terms and Agreements
* Need minimum of 44 people
* Depostis are due three months in advance, with the
    remainder due (in full) one month prior to the departure
    weekend.
* You will be responsible for filling the bus with a minimum
    amount of guests (44).
*  Hotel accomodations for Getaway staff to come night
    before, unless other arrangements can be made.

What to Bring?

Two weeks prior to departure you will receive a "what-to-pack" information sheet, along with exact departure time and location.

Typically we suggest that you pack for the weather, dressing casual and comfortable for the bus. We welcome you to pack a cooler of your favorite snacks, spirits or soft drinks. You may also want to bring your camera or favorite pillow.
